Your baby is brand new and you need to have photos of those teensy details before they change! Whether you prefer cozy lifestyle photos or traditional studio portraits, I design my sessions to be relaxed and comfortable, while capturing the genuine connection between you and your new little love.

The newborn process:

I. Book the date.

I like to book newborn sessions between two and three weeks after birth. In my experience, that is the best time to get a sleepy, happy baby. However, if you are outside that window, don't fret. Newborn photos can be done before and after that timeframe, depending on the situation.

II. Take photos.

I have a handy dandy questionnaire I send to get a good idea of what you are looking for in your newborn photos. I will accommodate requests to the best of my ability, and offer an extensive selection of outfits, wraps, props, and decor, to create sets that will perfectly accentuate your baby's perfect tiny details. Lifestyle sessions do not include studio props.

III. Deliver memories.

Within a few days of your session, I will send you a proof gallery of images for you to choose from. As long as it isn't a duplicate or dud, I send it. Once you have selected your final images, I meticulously edit them and get them back to you within 2-3 weeks.

Education & Training

Your precious baby is brand new and so delicate. You want someone to handle them who knows what they are doing, and above all, prioritizes their safety and comfort. I have completed four unique newborn photography education programs, as well as two in-person workshops with professional newborn photography educators. I am also certified in infant CPR and have a background in nursing.
