Colorado Springs Milestone & Cakesmash Photography

Babies grow up in the blink of an eye. Let's take a few minutes to slow down and capture each of these precious new phases.

The cake smash process:

I. Book the date.

I like to book cake smash photos either the week of your baby's birthday, so baby is captured at exactly that stage, or about two weeks prior, so that I have photos ready for you to share when their birthday comes.

II. Take photos.

If you choose a simple smash, I will give you some options for a simple backdrop and letters, and a prop for baby to sit in or on for their photos. For a custom cake smash, we will discuss your vision for the theme you have in mind. I do require a two week lead time for custom sessions, so that I have time to order and prepare your custom setup. I do not offer cakes, due to allergies and intolerances, but I do have a list of local bakers I love!

III. Deliver memories.

After your photo session, I will chat with you about next steps. My usual turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Your images are meticulously chosen and hand edited by myself. As long as an image is up to my standards, I send it for you to choose from. You will receive a link to your gallery via email. That link will take you to your finished gallery. Once you've selected your images, you are able to download them to enjoy forever. If you would like to purchase additional photos, and/or print products, you can do that conveniently right from your gallery.
